You haven't answered all questions, and your link for talents is just a regular link for the priest talent tree. I must say no, it's not a decline. Wait for the other officers to make a decision.

Previous raid experience: Made kara without nightbane, gruul, and in old school i made mc bwl onyxia, but it was with my ally char. (a paladin holy)
Can you attend 2/4 of our raid days?: Yes i'll be able to raid 2-4 times a week maby more.
How stable is your connection?: never get dc
What's your average FPS in raids?: 70+
What do you think you can bring to Suicidal Noobs?: fun times with you guys and helping each other with gearing etc
What do you think Suicidal Noobs can bring to you?: -||-
